Appendicitis
[vid] How to Identify and Treat Appendicitis Naturally (and avoid surgery)
http://www.BioMediK.com.au 1. Check for appendicitis signs,
symptoms, and pain at Mcburney's point. Pain normally starts at the
navel and then moves to the right. It may feel like a bowel movement is
needed, or there may be vomiting, nausea , sweats or the smell of fecal
matter on the breath.
It may takes upto 48 hours for full onset of symptoms and the majority
of people may just have a pain near the navel or the right side towards
the hip.
If you have appendicitis, your pain will increase on sudden release of
pressure after gently pressing on your lower right belly area. If the
appendix has burst people often feel better immediately but then feel
sick from the septicaemia from the pathological organisms in the
abdominal cavity.
If you have peritonitis which is inflammation of the lining of the
abdominal cavity touching the belly area may cause a spasm of the
muscles.
A rectal examination may reveal tenderness on the right side of your
rectum.
Peoples' white blood cell count is normally high as their immune system
is working hard to clean up pathological organisms in the body. A blood
test may reveal C-reactive protein is high. A CT Scan may be used for
diagnosis.
(Stop food.)
2. Get immediately to the hospital to avoid rupture or rumbling.
Optional with the approval of a general practitioner:
3. Administer enemas with chlorophyll, sodium bicarbonate and clay until
pain subsides. Be proactive and enema until the colon seems clear.
To enema properly have person on left side, administer half a litre of
water, then roll them onto the right side and administer another half
litre. Allow person to empty contents of colon whenever needed.
4. Take water with
a. Magnesium Sulphate (1 teaspoon in water up to 3 glasses daily), or a
Herbal Bowel Detox
b. Cloves (1/8 a teaspoon per glass, upto 4 glasses daily)
(anti-bacterial)
c. Rosemary (1/8 a teaspoon per glass, upto 4 glasses daily)
(anti-bacterial)
d. Thyme (1/8 a teaspoon per glass, upto 4 glasses daily)
(anti-bacterial)
Optional: Ginger, Garlic and Echinacea as anti bacterial and immune
supporter respectively
5. Massage the reflexology point on the foot for the appendix. It is on
the right foot, underneath towards the heel.
6. Massage the abdomen with oil away from the appendix, up the
ascending, across the transverse, and down the descending.
7. Once the person appears to be symptom free then administer a hot bath
with twenty grams of powdered ginger to sweat and stimulate the immune
system.
8. Commence a juice fast for 3-4 days, and enema several times every
day.
Do periodic cleansing long term to ensure symptoms don't return.
Consider a change in lifestyle such as less animal and dairy products.
Removal of the appendix is called a appendectomy and is done to prevent
rupture. As there is no specific test for appendicitis, an operation may
be done and the appendix may be normal in which case the appendix is
removed and other areas of the colon are inspected for problems.
Laparoscopic appendectomy is when a camera is used with small cuts.
