In the Oxford Unabridged the basic meaning of "heaven": The expanse in which the sun, moon, and stars, are seen, which has the appearance of a vast vault or canopy overarching the earth, on the 'face' or surface of which the clouds seem to lie or float; the sky, the firmament. A secondary meaning: The celestial abode of immortal beings; ...

So how does one gift a place like this?

Quite naturally, as it turns out.

Laozu poured his first CB nearly two years ago. He did it rather sceptically. For how could one as artisticly challenged as himself ever think the components of a Don Croft CB would be anything but a piece of junk? So he tends not to agree with those who say that one must have a positive attitude, or one must believe in its efficacy while constructing it, for it to work. For it did work: it was a physical machine with effects in the etheric, transforming negative qi into positive qi. Even to seeking out negative qi when it had taken care of the available stuff nearby. Seeking it for a mile or more, and bringing it back to transform it into the good stuff.

The route the negative qi, or DOR, took back, was sometimes through the ground, but mostly through the sky. And what returned through the sky came down in a vortex. And what came up swirled up as a vortex. These two met a foot or two off the ground within the pipes of the CB, mysteriously forming positiive qi, or POR, which rose upward in a positive vortex back into the heavans.

These phenomena had a profound effect on Laozu. First he made more CBs of the Croft design and second, he began to study more closely the movement of the qi into his first CB, planted conveniently nearby his work, and the way the qi in his neighborhood was influenced by the working of his CBs.

During the first four months or so of his first CB, Laozu published a log of its effects. One of the effects of the CB that emerged was that an area of positive qi, roughly in the shape of a disc centered about the CB, gradually increased in radius (although in a rather zigzag fashion), until an area nearly a hundred feet in radius of ground about the CB was almost always positive.

Nearby the CB were planted a line of fir trees, and several TBs were placed on the ground next to some of them. At some point qi began entering into those trees from the ground up, and it eventually reached the tips of the firs. By the end of the period the firs were penetrated by the POR nearly all the time.

But this was from the ground up, and somewhat over a year later he was to see the opposite phenomenon.

He experimented twisting the pipes of his CBs slightly to match more closely the shape of the two negative vortices associated with a CB, and inserted a 7'th pipe in the center to help channel the positive vortex. This 7'th pipe did not go all the way down into the orgonite base, but began just at the point a foot or two above ground where the positive qi was formed, so the POR could more readily enter it.

Also he observed over time that there were strong sources of qi within his scope of view, and that either negative qi was flowing from them, or the qi was stagnant, or restrained. Curiosity led him to drive to one of these and examine it more closely. He found that this qi came to the surface at specific places. As an experiment, TBs were placed directly on them. The result was spectacular, at least from his point of view. Within an hour postive qi was swirling up from the area, and within days it resembled a CB vortex for it could be seen from afar. This first one in particular was about 25 miles away from his home, and when it had reached its maximum strength it was observable from more than a hundred miles away.

This first experience, in the summer of 2003, led to many others of a similar nature, and over the following year a number of other vortices were healed. For brevity, these places with negative qi which could be healed into vortices will hereafter be called latent vortices.

On July 21 of 2004 Laozu was working in the Idaho panhandle on a friend's place. There were three CBs on the land, placed roughly in an equilateral triangle. The property was on the east end of the Palouse hill country and also was the easternmost part of the area in which the CBs and healed vortices of that general region lay. About a half-hour before sundown, at quitting time while collecting tools, Laozu happened to look up into the sky. His eye was caught by the wispy cloudlike manifestation of a sylph. Looking about he saw that there were many: more than he had ever seen before in his life. Some examples:

While driving home, he continued to see the sylphs, and though it was dark when we reached home, they seemed to stretch to the westernmost edge of the CB-vortex region.

Next day they were gone, but a day later, high up above cloud-(and sylph-)level, there was a huge mass of extremely positive qi. And this mass seemed to be filled by extremely positive beings. When Laozu sent positive energy up there, it came back at him magnified several times.

On July 28 he estimated the area of the mass of positive qi at about 15 (north-south) by 60 (east-west) miles. But over the next few weeks it increased until it was roughly the area enclosed by red in the following map:

For brevity, this mass of positive qi will henceforth be referred to as the positive canopy.

North of this area, just southeast of Spokane, Washington, is a mountain called Mica Peak. Numerous times In driving to Spokane during the preceding year, Laozu had observed that there was a strong latent vortex on this peak. Animated by the appearance of the positive canopy, and movtivated to see if it could be expanded northward, Laozu climbed the peak on August 14. Three days later he traveled up to Spokane and noted that the vortex was swirling positive qi up quite vigorously, but the the positive canopy had not expanded north. On the 21st another trip was made, and this time Laozu saw that the positive canopy had moved north to extend beyond Mica Peak. It was then roughly the area enclosed by black in the above map

During the next month and a half Laozu tried to visit the other latent vortices he could find within about a fifty mile radius. On October 12, while driving to work to Idaho again, his eye happened to catch on the top of a pine tree along the side of the road. He noticed that positive qi seemed to be in the tip. Looking at other trees he discoved that this was not an isolated phenomenon, that each living tree had some positive qi in its upper part, from just inches up to more than a foot. By the 17th, the qi was about 1/3 of the way down the trunk from the top; by the 26th about 1/2 of the way down and by the 31st about 70% of the way down. On the 31st Laozu took the following photograph of a birch tree: the red shows the penetration of the qi on that day. The brown shows the penetration of the qi on November 5th.

In the meantime Laozu had driven west beyond the canopy and found that the trees outside had no positive qi coming in the tops.

Furthermore, two additional vortices were healed to the west of the canopy but east of the Washington city of Ellensburg. While healing one of these vortices (on a mountain), Laozu noticed what looked like a strong source of negative qi to the southwest.

In early November he had what seemed an opportunity to find this source while making a trip sourth to California to visit friends and family. Driving southwest from the Palouse toward the negative qi, he passed over the Columbia into Oregon, and still no sign of the source. Proceeding to the main north-south road on the Pacific coast I-5, the source seemed still far to the south, though now to the east insead of the west. His attention was diverted by another matter the rest of the trip south, and he had no opportunity to continue the search. But on the return trip, acting on a tip from cbswork, he found the source in the Mouint Lassen National Park, and did what he could to heal it. By the time he had driven out of the park and back to I-5, the qi had become positive and much clearer. A stream of strong POR was heading from the source northward, But it was not high off the ground--in fact it was lower than most clouds, and not more than a couple of hundred yards wide. For brevity, this will be referred to as the qi-stream.

Laozu drove north out of California into Oregon, and turned off the north-south freeway at Portland, passing under the qi-stream heading east along the Columbia River. It was about 2AM and dark, and so impossible for him to tell much about the nature of the qi-stream as it headed north into Washington, other than its length was at least 500 miles. After several days at home, he drove back across state to the coast, to observe the course of the qi-stream.

He found that the POR of the qi-stream ended somewhere in the general area of Centralia, Washington, and that under that stream, trees and plants seemed to be filled with POR. Furthermore, the positive canopy had extended greatly in the sourthern part of Washington up to the edge of the qi-stream. He traveled over White Pass, which runs just to the south of Mount Rainier, and found that in the trees on the pass, the qi had penetrated about 40% of the way down the trunks: this was on November 17th.

It was not clear to Laozu why the positive qi-stream stopped where it did at the time, for it did not seem to run up, down, or to the side. Interested to observe the shape of the positive canopy he drove north toward Seattle. The edge of the canopy receded away from the freeway to the east but then came closer again as he neared Lake Washington. It actually reached the eastern edge of Lake Washington just south of I-90, the main east-west route between Seattle and Spokane. He suspected that this was due to several things: that there were a number of CBs in the Seattle area, that Seattle had two strong healed vortices (Green Lake and on Volunteer Park), and that there had been considerable gifting along I-90 by a number of people. The following map gives a rough description of the positive canopy as of that time: the boundary is in blue, and the qi-stream is represented by a red line.
http://www.palouse.net/laozu/nwmap1.jpg
The dotted lines are just estimates and not actually observed.

This last week Laozu made another trip to the Coast. He found that the positive canopy had moved across Lake Washington and covered Seattle.

On the eastern side of the city, the qi in the trees extended all the way down to the base. On the western side, it was only down about 15% from the tips.

The change from before is indicated by the green line on the map. He went down from Seattle to observe once again the end of the qi stream. He found that it had retrerated several miles, but at the point to which it had retreated was a latent vortex. That vortex is now healed, and after the healing the qi-stream looked like it was extending further to the north. The estimated path is given by brown on the map.

Since Laozu did not have much time to remain in the area and observe, the reliability of the brown line is not great at this point.

On the way back home another latent vortex north of I-90, which seemed to have been impeding the spread of the canopy north, was healed.

Hopefully more information will be forthcoming in the not distant future.

The furthest south Laozu went on the November trip was Pasadena, but the sky to the southwest over at least part of LA reminded him much of the positive canopy in the Northwest. And reminded him of some of cbsworks published observations back last spring. The following quotes are from the "May" article in http://www.ryanmcginty.com/dorkingaround/:

Quote:
The etheric color of Los Angeles is now a tint of indigo I've only witnessed twice in my life. Once as a boy - forget about it - and, again, in 1987. Anyway, that spiritual Love tint that comes from only one source.

And the forces are gathering. I see it every day now. All the signs are there. Just like all the other battles. They're all here now, you know. The Great Hosts. And the beings currently jumping off from some cometary transport - if you believe again in that sort of thing - just start explaining these pictures of these immense Angelic and Demonic Beings now coming through this dimensional portal here, in the heart of America. All it took, was walking up to the dragon and returning its heart. the rest will either follow or die - there is no grey area, once the heart starts pumping good blood again.

Esteemed coil-maker and mountain man Cesco, fresh from the great northern wilds of Iceland and Scandanavia, visited Laozu this past week on his US tour.

They traveled to the Puget Sound region for purposes of observation and vortex hunting. The qi-stream was found still to be continuing positive to the north, passing into Canada over Vancouver island. It is drawn on the map http://www.palouse.net/laozu/nwmap1.jpg as passing through near Victoria, but since Laozu was not close enough to be very accurate, this is only a rough estimate.

As of Thursday, February 17, the positive canopy had spread to the north at least as far as the dotted orange line. This seems to be the result of the positive qi stream, in conjunction with a vortex opened in north central Washington two weeks ago.

Two new vortices were opened this week: one in the North Cascades and one east of the orange line in Montana (which was the eastern edge of the canopy most recently observed). This last one seemed to have been one of the strongest to date.

Cesco is now gone, but before departure, he and Laozu attended to vortices in northeastern Oregon and Arizona. Furthermore, on the trip down south they found a line of negative qi in the air beginning just south of San Jose that extended several hundred miles down the California coast. It reminded Laozu of the line going acress Oregon to California which was transformed into a positive river of qi last fall. Cesco had other business to attend to so DOR2OR generously accompanied Laozu in gifting the source, supplying his knowledge of Southern California geography and roads.

Passing through LA, Laozu noted that the positive area in the heavens above that city is still there, but it does not stretch as far west as Pasedena. He did not travel south of LA and so does not know how far south it extends.

Laozu returned home passing north through Utah and eastern Idaho to Butte, Montana, so that he might observe what, if any, were the effects of February's gifting of a vortex in the area of Missoula, Montana. He found that the positive canopy presently extends nearly as far east as Butte, and in the Bitterroot Valley near Missoula, covers the sky as far as the eye can see in any direction. The observed eastern boundary of the canopy (as of this morning), is colored with yellow on the map http://www.palouse.net/laozu/nwmap1.jpg

Laozu looked at the positive qi in the trees at Deer Lodge, Montana, just west of Butte, and saw that it was about 30% down from the tips. At Missoula it was about 40% down.

Laozu was down in Southern California this past weekend and went on another fun expedition with DOR2OR, this time through a thicket of brush that seemed like a continuous hedge. Fortunately it was not too hot, and Jon mostly led the way with his trusty cudgel. Smile

The source of qi which they they had found three weeks earlier was now sending positive qi streaming to the north. Laozu traced its course, more or less, on the way down south and the way back north, and found it was not on a straight line, as he had assumed the earlier river of qi was. That part of it passing through Oregon is roughly indicated by a purple line on the map. Laozu has not yet had opportunity to follow it much further north than the Oregon/Washington border, so its putative extension into Washington is indicated with a dotted line.

The vortex which opened three weeks ago in Eastern Oregon has hooked up with the postive canopy of qi high overhead, and this canopy now extends so far south as Eugene, Oregon, and as far west as the newly opened river of qi. The sourthern boundary of the canopy is indicated on the map with a black line (dotted again where guessed rather than observed).

Back down at the source (some miles north of Santa Barbara, California), Laozu noted an interesting phenomenon. There was a positive canopy of qi which extended to this source from the southeast. When first observed last Thursday, it covered highway 101 from about 26 miles north of Buellton to as far south as visiible from Santa Barbara. Since Laozu did not travel any further sourth, he cannot say for certain, but he is of the opinion that this canopy is an extension of the one he had observed over LA in his earlier trip.

....................

Observations thus far seem to indicate the following inferences:

1. That after a sufficient number of vortices are healed and/or a sufficent number of CBs and other orgonite devices assembled in a particular area, POR will form a canopy high overhead;

2. This canopy may spread gradually, as more vortices are opened about its perimeter;

3. If a "river" of POR is opened, the canopy tends to extend towards that "river", often quite a considerable distance;

4. Under the canopy, positive qi will descend into the tress, pass into the vertical tips, thence through the trunks into the ground.

This last process is reminiscent of the water cycle: from ocean into the sky, down again in rain, and eventually back into the ocean through streams and rivers.

Orgone Knight asked Laozu if he would explain the situation about Eugene more carefully.

Laozu does not know how far west the canopy flows, since he has not driven up the coast recently. In particular he does not know har far west of Portland it extends. The last time he was up in Washington, it had not extended much further west than the "river" indicated by the red line.

Even though the level of qi in the canopy is much higher than those of the "rivers", it seems that the canopy tends to expand to above the "rivers". The qi in the canopy does not seem to be flowing. But it does seem to be fed by healed vortices and CBs.

Thank you. That helps a lot. I used to live in Porland for awhile. I moved back to Nevada because of all the alien activity there (but that's a whole 'nother story!!!) Smile

I may be wrong but it seems that these two streams generally follow the main highways through oregon. Perhaps as people travels these roads we can gift, gift, gift, these highways as we drive them, careful not to be caught for "littering"?

Just a thought...

Laozu has not driven his car far from home this past half-year, and so can report little concerning the positive canopy in the Pacific Northwest.

But he and Cesco did travel to Europe for a month. The original plan was to open sufficient vortices in Central Europe to generate a postive canopy there.

But due to invitations from Rich and John, they began their trip in Britain, and gifted such vortices as they could find along the Welsh-English border. Only there for a half-week, they were unable to tell what, if any, consequences came from this gifting, before they moved on to Germany.

They began their gifting in Heidelberg, whence they followed the lower right-hand red petal of the flower in the map. Due to help from CB-Ray showing them how to navigate the countryside and because of the excellent system of German roads, they were able to open a positive canopy during their first week in there, and to finish the planned circuit within two weeks.

The second circuit was the blue petal on the map, chosen so the the Rhine/Ruhr industrial cities would be under the canopy. This was finished with the better part of a week left.

And so the third green petal was undertaken, to include Paris and much of heavily populated Belgium and Luxembourg.

Laozu does not know how much of Europe is actually covered at this time, but he believes at least that contained within the flower on the map. By the end of the first two weeks in Germany, qi was already entering into the upper tips of the trees in Heidelberg, and by the end of the trip, it was entering into the tips of the trees in Frankfurt.

Some adventures of the trip are related in Cloudbusters and Black Lines on WarriorMatrix.
