Dear School Nurse February 27, 2011
This is a reminder of the legal requirement for school nurses employed in the state of Indiana, as some school nurses are usurping powers not given to them by Indiana law, and may be in violation of law.
IC 20-34-3-6 (b) A nurse appointed under this section is responsible for emergency nursing care for students when an illness or accident occurs during school hours or on or near school property. As added by P.L. 1-2005, SBC. 18
IC 20-34-3-6 does not give a nurse authority to threaten or intimidate children or their parents into submitting to an operation. (vaccination) It does not provide for a half truth or a complete lie. It doesn’t even require you to get into the discussion.
A school nurse has no legal authority to expel a student for not being vaccinated nor a medical license even to prescribe aspirin.
Any school nurse who intimidates or threatens a parent or child is acting outside the scope of their authority. If a nurse is going to take it upon their self to tell a parent that the child cannot enter school without being vaccinated then there is a moral obligation to inform the parent of the exemption given by law. This letter is intended for school nurses, or any other school employees who has over ridden their boundaries of duty in the past with the hope they will do the right thing in the future. The responsibility belongs to the parent, not the school, government or medical profession. Teenagers and parents have a right to know the truth.
One American child in six is developmentally delayed. This will only get worse, unless you open your mind and investigate this matter. All the tens of thousands of parents who have vaccine diseased, disabled or dead children are not mis-guided as Paul Offit says in his untruthful book, and wants to vaccinate every man, women and child on earth.
