Scientist with Honeywell, Inc., Jim Gardner developed new technologies
and published numerous technical papers which pioneered the
computer-based simulation and training systems in use today for
military pilots and aircraft maintenance technicians. During this
period, he served as a member of the Advisory Panel on Logistics to
the Office of the Secretary of Defense, chaired the Simulation and
Training Subcommittee of the National Security Industrial Association,
and served on the Advisory Board of the Institute for Simulation and
Training at the University of Central Florida. Jim led the development
of new unmanned air vehicle systems as Vice President of Business
Development for Lear Siegler and later GEC Marconi.
