The United States Court of Federal Claims has ruled that ‘a dose of the hepatitis B vaccination caused [a patient] to develop chronic fatigue syndrome.’
The patient was awarded $1.1 million for medical expenses in the first year after this judgment and an annuity to pay for life care expenses for subsequent years.
This court judgment should be a clear warning to anyone considering receiving the hepatitis B vaccine that your life could be destroyed by this shot.
Pregnant women should be aware that most hospitals will give this vaccine to your child without your permission when they take the newborn baby away from you within hours of birth.

The Merck VARIVAX hepatitis B vaccine package insert adverse reactions section contains fatigue along with multiple sclerosis, seizure, encephalitis, lupus and arthritis.
If someone insists you or your child must get the hepatitis B vaccine, you have the right to refuse. You might suggest that they stick it up their own rear end.

James says:I got vaccinated for this in jail but didn’t take a single
jab. It was 4 weekly injections that are supposed to last for 5 years. God only
knows what they put in them though after you look at the amounting
circumstantial evidence of how the AIDS virus spread through New York in the
80′s.
My bro. works in a hospital so got a flu jab which he says is never happening
again, so unless you’re likely to need a vaccine there’s no point, the risks
just won’t outweigh the benefits………

Tina Grimsmo says:I had to have this vaccine (because of work). The third one didn’t make me immune, so they gave me a fourth one (booster). This is almost a year ago. After 3 days I was completely unable to work and have since been (M.E.) Myalgic Encephalomyelitis.

When I got the shot, I got a reaction within a couple of days – not able to stay awake and in pain (only “good” for about three hours each morning) – later diagnosed as CFIDS/ME. I didn’t put it together for some time – but was suspicious. Now that I see what happened to you, I realize these vaccines are toxic experiments and bioweapons.
William Fuzi says:The first large group they used for their human safety trials was Gulf War veterans. Have you ever heard of Gulf War illness? Their biggest problem was they ordered it to be administered to all new born babies with in the year after the Gulf War. They had no clue of the length of onset of symptoms. Gulf War veterans were showing symptoms 6 months and up to a couple years after injection with the Hep B vaccine. It is what is causing the major uptick in Autism cases in children.

Would we as individuals be able to file a case like this based in this ruling or is there a class action suit we could join… I mean how would I proceed if I felt I had the same situation? neil critchlow says:Hi , was made to have hep b vacination in 2001 for my work in hospital , blackmailed into having it to achieve contract for job, immediately after having it , ill as can be, severe pain down left arm , then left leg , carried the pain and the arm for over a year , became bradycardic, no one listened, lots of acute symptoms , the best one was two asystolic cardiac arrests in 2002, walked into resus knowing it was going to happen, this act saved my life…well what is left of it , i am a mess with a pacemaker , mixed neuro cardiogenic issues , peripheral nerve damage and looks like nerve damage from the start caused it all , nerve pain in left arm is unbearable and still they dont recognise as me having anything wrong or any connection with the hep b, its a joke!!
Patricia Anne Monguia says:I received 3 hepatitis B vaccinations around 1991 or so when I was working at a hospital as a medical transcriptionist. I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome in 1993 and still have it to this day. It was done on the basis of a high EBV titus titer, but I still wonder if those shots could have caused it. Is there any current lawsuit going on regarding this or could one be brought to the manufacturer?

Eleanor says:I got the 3 shots of Hep B in 2001, within a week after 3rd shot I developed Optic Neuritis; I was diagnosed with MS about 2 months later. Not getting reasonable answers from my Neurologist, I searched on the Internet back then and saw similar complaints of others. I told my then Neurologist that I had recently completed the three recommended shots of the vaccine, that stumped her in her path as she was walking away from me, her reaction confirmed my suspicions that I had an adverse reaction to the Hep B vaccine. I filed an adverse reaction complaint with the CDC and discovered that Neurologists were unwilling to go on record to link the vaccine with MS, therefore my lawyer said my claim would be hard to prove. Now after taking Copaxone for a while, I have developed an adverse reaction to that.
Bl Br says:In 1989 at a corporate restaurant Appx 60 employees were forced to get this vaccine or be fired. I became deathly I’ll and bed-ridden shortly thereafter for almost a month. I had no insurance but went to a clinic the doctor said it was the flu. I went without pay for a month was threatened to be fired if I did not return to work because I had been ‘sick too long’.
Tiffany says:I received the 3 Hep B vaccines in 2001 when I was 13 years old. Upon receiving the third and final vaccine, the arm that received the vaccine was sore, really sore. Not just at the injection site but the entire muscle went into spasms with sharp nerve pains. Over the next several months, the pain and spasms did not improve so I saw my family Dr who said that it should resolve itself within 2 years. I am now 26 years old and still have minimal use of my arm. Even walking and having my arm hang beside me hurts so bad that I have to cradle my arm. Since then I have also been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. It took 8 years to get a diagnosis. I’ve only just started connecting the dots because I was raised pro-vaccine so the thought never even crossed my mind at the time. I’ve chosen not to vaccinate my children from my own personal, every day hell. How convenient that they only allow up to 3 years to open a case against vaccines when a lot of these chronic conditions take longer than that to diagnose!

Gina says:I had my last booster of the Hepatitis B vaccine on June 2, 2014. A day or so later I started feeling weak and exhausted and it has progressed and never gotten better. I am a survivor of Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma for almost two years and had a lot of strength come back before I had this shot. Prior to the vaccine I had bronchitis and was totally feeling good when she checked me out. Then the vaccine!! I have talked to numerous specialists, including the doctor that gave me the vaccine, and none of them agree this is why I have such overwhelming fatigue. I am not against children getting their vaccinations ever but I don’t know if I really needed this or if something can be done, or is it too late?
Gina says:I have to add I have had all the tests done from echocardiogram, blood tests, etc. None came back abnormal. All doctors looked at me like that just couldn’t be true about the vaccine. I know the timing was a day or so after.
Tina Grimsmo says:I got ME 3 days after the vaccine. Glaxo Smith Kline says another cause is more plausible since reactions to the vaccine is likely to occure 1-2 days after the vaccine. But they don’t outrule the connection. So I would guess you have a strong case. Look at the package insert. You will find your symptoms there. Plus a lot of reasearch shows many different autoimmune reactions after hepatitis B vaccine, more than most vaccines, actually.

Gina says:Thank you so much for your reply. I am sorry I didn’t get back here sooner. My endocrinologist seems to be the only doctor that believes the vaccine is a possibility here. He is not saying definitely but he has an open mind. He told me he has seen vaccines trigger autoimmune responses to vaccines.

Livia says:Get a 24 hour urine lab done for toxic heavy metals. If you have toxic heavy metal poisioning get EDTA IV Chelation Therapy to get rid of the heavy metals. Get a nutritional Blood lab test done. If you are lacking nutrients take the nutrients you need until levels are good. Change your diet to a healthy diet. Stay off of prescription drugs and use natural treatments. Homeopathic medicine may help with symptoms. After I was Diagnosed with Chronic Fatique Immune Dysfunction Syndrome and Firbormyalgia my doctor did these tests. I had heavy metal toxicity and zero zinc, and zero glutathion in my body. My immune system was broken. I had to replace zinc with a vitamin and the glutathion with NAC and Inositol; daily. No more vaccinations, steroids period. Medications only when absolutely neccessary; if I was not allergic to them. I ended up with medication sensitivity, chemical sensativity, sound and light sensativity, short term memory loss, headaches, digenerative disc, heat sensativity, blurred vission and ringing in the ears non stop; along with extreme fatigue and muscle pain, I have about 20% of 100% engery. Every day is a new day. I never know how I will be. All because of a vaccination injury. It is difficult to find a doctor who can understand and treat this disorder. I was fortunate that my doctor’s wife had the same problem.

Laurel says:There is possible help out there. I have a similar story to the ones told above. I googled Rebecca Carley. She’s a former medical doctor who had her license taken away when she started speaking out about the dangers of vaccines. She has reportedly helped many people recover from vaccine injury. I’m going to contact her to see if she can help me. And I’m sure there are other doctors out there, conventional as well as alternative who can help us recover from this. Vicky says:OMG. I COULD NEVER FIGURE OUT WHY MY HEALTH HAS BEEN SO BAD. I WAS IN THE FIRST GROUP TO EVER TAKE THE VACCINE IN 1984. I TOOK THE 3 SHOT SERIES 4 DIFFERENT TIMES OVER S PERIOD OF YEARS. THEY FIRST GAVE IT IN THE ARM (A VACCINE ACQUIRED FROM GAY MEN THAT HAD HEP B) THESE SHOTS DID NOT RAISE THE TITER SO IT HAD TO BE REPEATED AND GIVEN INTO LARGER MUSCLE MASS SO IT WAS GIVEN IN THE HIP. I HAD THE SERIES A TOTAL OF 4 TIMES DUE TO LOW TITERS. THEY TRIED TO MAKE ME TAKE IT WHILE PREGNANT. I REFUSED AND NEVER TOOK IT AGAIN. In 1996 I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and began to develop problems with my spine. In 2003 I had a stroke and post stroke I developed Complex Regional Pain Syndrome along with Lumbar Radiculopathy and Cervical stenosis. I spent 6 years disabled, unable to work, homeless and suffering. My life has been altered permanently. How can I do anything if I don’t know about the problems and the ruling!!!! We should have been notified if we took the shot.
Sarah Ulrich says:Wow. If this is for real I’ll be seriously pissed. I am disabled at 32. I became a nurse in 2010 and had to get the vaccine for school and I had more then one because I wasn’t immune. I started to get ill in nursing school. Well 5 years after school, 9 years after shot I am completely disabled and unable to work anymore. I can’t afford to get a lawyer and it’s too late to fight it if it is a 3 yr clause. I am a big believer in vaccines, but there is that 1% and when it comes to meds I’m always that 1% … If anything can be done as a group I’m in.
