Wyndam Meat works, Western Australia 1974.  The cattle were killed on the top floor, cut up, and the remains went down shoots onto the first and ground floors.   The skins were salted and stacked on the ground floor.  The blood works were alongside on the left of the picture, where blood was boiled/processed and turned into powder.
