HPV vaccine cocktail targets not only HPV
By Cynthia A. Janak
October 7, 2011For over four years now I have been researching how this
vaccine works. I have wondered why did they use the ingredients that they did
and what repercussions that they could have on the body. The other reason is
that I wanted to find out WHY THESE VACCINES CAUSE SO MUCH HARM! I have
also discovered that it is not necessarily the HPV VLP recombinant DNA as being
the culprit in this cocktail because between the carrier solution and the
vaccine there is only approx. 3.0% difference. I am now more prone to believe
that it is the carrier solution with the adjuvant as being the real perpetrator
in this vaccine cocktail of harm.
The ingredients of this cocktail are what cause the enhanced immune response.
This is typical of any vaccine. What I did not understand over four years ago
was why so many adverse reactions were being reported because of these HPV
vaccines. I now have a better understanding of the process and what the vaccine
cocktail has the potential to do.
In the Gardasil® vaccine we have the ingredients AAHS (MAA — amorphous aluminum
hydroxyphosphate sulfate(1)) as the adjuvant and in the carrier solution 9.56 mg
of sodium chloride, 0.78 mg of L-histidine, 50 mcg of polysorbate 80, 35 mcg of
sodium borate. (1,2)
The AAHS (amorphous aluminum hydroxyphosphate sulfate) also referenced as MAA
(Merck's Aluminum Adjuvant) targets a strong Th2 response. (3,4) In this
adjuvant we have Aluminum which we know is a neurotoxin. The Journal of
Inorganic Biochemistry (10) states that Aluminum Hydroxide injections lead to
motor deficits and motor neuron degeneration. (11)
This adjuvant also contains hydroxy. It is not disclosed by Merck whether this
is a Hydroxyl or Hydroxyl radical. If this is indeed the Hydroxyl radical then
there is also a problem as this free radical can cause damage to oxidative cells
particularly red blood cells. (5, 6) This tells me that there is a possibility
that the reports I have received from moms about anemia could be because of
this.
The last part of this adjuvant cocktail is the sulfate. It is not disclosed on
the Physicians Product Insert that people with a sulfur allergy should not
receive this vaccine. (7) It is well known that people with an allergy to any
type of sulfate have the potential to be at risk for an adverse event that could
result in an anaphylactic response which could be life threatening. (8)
There are different types of aluminum adjuvants. "The two most common aluminum
salts employed as adjuvants are the phosphate and hydroxide forms. The salts
themselves have been well characterized with aluminum hydroxide (Alhydrogel®)
usually found in a crystalline state (4,
5),
whereas aluminum phosphate exists in an amorphous form (5,
6)." (9)
One thing I always wondered about was if this vaccine cocktail had the potential
to cause a cytokine storm. Here is a quote: "suggested mechanism of action is by
a direct stimulation of the immune system through enhanced cytokine production.
Aluminum salt adjuvants are known to primarily stimulate a humoral
response. More specifically, it is believed that this class of adjuvants does so
by stimulation of the production of Th2 cytokines." (9)
Let's look at the aluminum phosphate and aluminum hydroxide.
I found several MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet)'s on aluminum phosphate and to
my surprise this is what I found.
The New Jersey government has this listed in their "Right to Know Hazardous
Substance Fact Sheet." (16) Reactivity: Aluminum Phosphate reacts
violently with STRONG BASES (such as SODIUM HYDROXIDE and POTASSIUM
HYDROXIDE) and STRONG ACIDS (such as HYDROCHLORIC, SULFURIC and NITRIC).
FIRST AID AND DECONTAMINATION: Remove the person from exposure. Flush
eyes with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contact lenses
if worn. Immediate medical attention is necessary. Remove contaminated
clothing and wash contaminated skin with soap and water. Begin artificial
respiration if breathing has stopped and CPR if necessary. Transfer to a
medical facility
This one comes from Science Lab. (17) Aluminum Phosphate: Synonym:
Phosphoric Acid, Aluminum salt; Aluminum orthophosphate, Chemical Name:
Aluminum Phosphate
Section 11: Toxicological Information: Special Remarks on other Toxic
Effects on Humans: Acute Potential Health Effects: Skin: May cause skin
irritation. No sensitizing effects known. Eyes: Causes eye irritation
Inhalation: Causes respiratory tract and mucous membrane irritation. Ingestion:
Causes gastrointestinal tract irritation. May affect behavior. Chronic
Potential Health Effects: no information found. The toxicological properties
of this substance have not been fully investigated.
There was just so much on this I had to add just one more from SPI Pharma,
Inc. (18) This is choice. I know you will love this. Repeated Dose
Effects: Chronic overexposure to aluminum can result in
lung damage and has been associated with asthma-like syndrome.
Accumulation of aluminum in the body may result in neurological damage,
anemia and bone softening.
There you have it. ACCUMULATION OF ALUMINUM MAY RESULT IN NEUROLOGICAL
DAMAGE.
Aluminum Hydroxide is the next ingredient of the cocktail I want to look at.
This comes from The Free Dictionary, Medical section. (19) Adverse reactions:
CNS: malaise (with prolonged use), neurotoxicity, encephalopathy, GI:
constipation, anorexia (with prolonged use), intestinal obstruction,
Metabolic: hypophosphatemia (with prolonged use) [Hypophosphatemia is a low
level of phosphorus in the blood.], Musculoskeletal: osteomalacia [Osteomalacia
is softening of the bones due to a lack of vitamin D or a problem with the
body's ability to break down and use this vitamin.] and chronic phosphate
deficiency with bone pain, malaise, muscle weakness (with prolonged use),
Other: aluminum toxicity
I am beginning to really like Science Lab. (20) This is what they have to say
about Aluminum Hydroxide. Special Remarks on other Toxic Effects on Humans:
Acute Potential Health Effects: May cause mild skin, eye and upper
respiratory tract irritation. Ingestion: May cause gastrointestinal tract
irritation: May affect bones (osteomalacia), metabolism, blood, behavior
(muscle contraction, spasticity, change in motor activity), liver.
Don't you just love that word potential (Acute Potential Health Effects).
That is enough of that. You get the idea about the aluminum adjuvant. This AAHS/MAA
has the real potential to be a chemical cocktail and I feel the composition
should be revealed by Merck due to what I have shown here.
Going back to the Th2 response, according to the Merck Manual the Th2 response
promotes "IgE production and development of allergic disorders." (12)
People with allergies or a family history of same could have elevated levels of
IgE (13) and histamine (4, 14) receptors.
This vaccine cocktail has L-histidine which is the precursor of histamine in the
body. This quote from a study pretty much addresses my concerns of whether the
histamine could be a trigger mechanism in this vaccine cocktail.
"Histamine is one of the molecules involved in pathogenesis of autoimmune
diseases. T cell mediated regulation and suppression of autoreactive T cells
seems to be ineffective in controlling the enhanced immune reaction in
patients where the discrimination between self and non-self is changed." (14)
What they mean by self and non-self I believe is your normal cells and the
toxins, pathogens, viruses, etc. that do not belong in the body.
The new vaccines like the HPV's are said to promote an enhanced immune
response to produce high titers (levels) of anti-bodies. This would then be
a distinct possibility as to all the young people with new auto-immune
diseases diagnosed.
Polysorbate 80 is also in this vaccine cocktail. Many people say that the
Polysorbate 80 can cause infertility. From what I have found this has not been
studied much as to an injection. I have seen several studies where it was
ingested and did not cause much of a problem. What I did see was low weight gain
and growth in mice. But that is not the real story behind Polysorbate 80.
Polysorbate 80 could very well be the reason for the drop in blood pressure that
is being experienced in the young people. The National Toxicology Program by the
Department of Health and Human Services has information about testing for
Toxicity Effects.
CAS Registry Number: 9005-65-6 Toxicity Effects. Here are some of
the results on Polysorbate 80 (Tween 80).
LABORATORY ANIMALS: Acute Exposure: Commercial iv amiodarone and
polysorbate 80 caused a 60% drop in mean blood pressure and left ventricular
maximum dP/dT for at least 30 minutes in dogs... polysorbate 80 is not an
inert substance, but is a potent cardiac depressant.
LABORATORY ANIMALS: Acute Exposure: Tween 80 (2.4 ug/mL perfusion fluid)
showed a coronary vasodilatory effect and increased the cardiac
output in isolated guinea pig and rabbit hearts,
LABORATORY ANIMALS: Chronic Exposure or Carcinogenicity: Whereas only 10%
of the rats given iv injections of 106 Walker tumor cells developed metastatic
tumors, animals given, with the 1 mL cell suspension, Tween 80 (1%) showed
40% incidence of metastasis
LABORATORY ANIMALS: Chronic Exposure or Carcinogenicity: /In/ 2 yr feed
studies, there was equivocal evidence of /carcinogenicity/ polysorbate 80
in male F344/N rats
This makes me wonder about all the young people who have died from unknown
causes. I now wonder how Merck could not put on their reports to the FDA about
carcinogenicity of their vaccine cocktail. I would think that this would need to
be included and not omitted.
With all I have so far I want to go back and address the IgE again. This I took
from the Merck Manual and reported it in an earlier article.
"Type
I: Type I reactions (immediate hypersensitivity) are IgE-mediated.
Antigen binds to IgE (which is bound to tissue mast cells and blood basophils),
triggering release of preformed mediators (eg, histamine, proteases,
chemotactic factors) and synthesis of other mediators (eg, prostaglandins,
leukotrienes, platelet-activating factor, cytokines). These
mediators cause VASODILATION, increased capillary permeability,
mucus hypersecretion, smooth muscle spasm, and tissue infiltration with
eosinophils, type 2 helper T cells (TH2), and other inflammatory cells. Type
I reactions underlie atopic disorders (eg, allergic asthma, rhinitis,
conjunctivitis) and latex and some food allergies."
"Pathophysiology
When allergen binds to IgE-sensitized mast cells and basophils, histamine is
released from their intracellular granules. Mast cells are widely
distributed but are most concentrated in skin, lungs, and GI mucosa;
histamine facilitates inflammation and is the primary mediator of clinical atopy.
Physical disruption of tissue and various substances (eg, tissue irritants,
opioids, surface-active agents, complement components C3a and C5a) can
trigger histamine release directly, independent of IgE."
Histamine causes the following:
