LEGAL ACTION

We are solicitors acting on behalf of a former healthworker who has been diagnosed with CFS, caused, we believe, by the Engerix B (Hepatitis B) vaccine.

We have been able to obtain a Legal Aid Certificate and, following supportive advice from a barrister, have issued and served High Court proceedings for compensation against the manufacturers and the Health Authority.
