Metal shavings
Use aluminium preferably as it always comes in the right size, is lighter, &
rust proof. Look for 'aluminium fabricators.'
Mould release. Not necessary for TBs and HHGs. (Available from Glasplies 01704540626. Use wax type). A tap with a hammer on the bottom of stuck TBs will also do the trick. Doubling the amount of catalyst will stop them sticking in muffin pans. Another way to get sticky bits out of pans is to put them in the freezer.
