CLASS ACTION SUIT ?
THE ALLEGED ABUSES BY AUTHORITIES APPEAR DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO A YOUTUBE VIDEO
TALK THAT "Commonly know as Girlgye" HAD MADE ONLY THREE DAYS PREVIOUSLY
The video was made 2nd August 2011.

has questioned if the account below looks like Merseyside Police's
response to the above Youtube video.
Note: The report below is an allegation of what happened to
"Commonly
know as Girlgye" Friday 5th August 2011 and the report below is based solely on
the facts contained in "Commonly know as
Girlgye" own account.
For the first time in 2 years they (Merseyside Police) battered down her door
and walked in, ragged her around, thumped her and dragged her out of her house
in front of a baying neighbour.
She had the honour of a packed meat wagon, approximately 13 young men and women, two panda cars with 5 cops. "For little ol me on my own."
At the station she was tortured. She was left with lacerations and lesions to her wrists and hands and radial nerve damage on both hands. They tighten the cuffs so tight & left them on for 2 hours and then proceeded to push her own body weight against them for approximately 30 minutes while they attempted to force her to be photographed and then compiled an internal (EXAMINATION) whilst she was on her period because one of them said he saw her place recording equipment in her vagina. No kidding.
At least the women who were subjected to carry out this had decency and
compassion for "Commonly
know as Girlgye".
This happened at XXXXX XXXX Police Station, Liverpool.
Saturday. Not enough of an emergency for hospital so 2 days of pain before
seeing her GP on the following Monday.
"In court they took no notice of me. Ignored everything I requested. The
solicitor I spoke to suddenly developed amnesia to speaking to me previously and
didn't turn up as a witness as I had requested. That's the defence.
They took no notice of what I said and made a presumption I was
"Commonly
know as Girlgye" regardless of
what I said. I guess collar number XXXX felt the need to steal some of my
letters."
"I was there alone in Bootle Magistrates and a lien of £680 has been placed upon
the Strawman with 28 days to pay. Must be that Class Action Suit."
