A distraught mother told yesterday how her two-year-old daughter died after suffering fits brought on by the whooping cough vaccine. Kim Stephenson, 33, said little Chelsea started having fits eight hours after being injected at four months. Kim, of Longbenton, North Tyneside, appealed for clear warnings about the danger of vaccines.
