[2010 Jan] Swine flu taskforce's links to vaccine giant: More than half the experts fighting the 'pandemic' have ties to drug firms

[2009 Dec Denmark] WHO ADVISER CONCEALS A DONATION OF MILLIONS FROM A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY    A Finnish member of the WHO board, an advisor on vaccines, has received 46 million crowns (6 million euros) for his research centre from the vaccine manufactures, GlaxoSmithKline. ...Another  ‘WHO’ vaccine advisor is withholding information concerning financial support from the pharmaceutical industry. ...Professor Juhani Eskola is the director of the Finnish research vaccine programme (THL) and a new member of the WHO group, ‘Strategic Advisory Group of Experts’ (SAGE), which gives advice to the WHO Director-General, Margaret Chan. ‘SAGE’ also recommend which vaccines - and how many - member countries should purchase for the pandemic.
The Danish journalists have reported on other cases involving  SAGE experts with financial links to pharmaceutical companies, many of which have not been declared.
Dr. Peter Figueroa, Professor, Public Health, Epidemiology & AIDS, Department of Community Health & Psychiatry, Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of the West Indies, Jamaica, received money from Merck.
Dr. Neil Ferguson has received funding Baxter, GlaxoSmithKline und Roche as well as insurance companies that he advised about pandemics but this was only revealed after publicity.
Professor Malik Peiris, Department of Microbiology, the University of Hong Kong, Faculty of Medicine, Hong Kong has received money from Baxter GSK und Sanofi Pasteur. This is not declared on the Who website.
Dr. Arnold Monto, advisor to Chiron, GlaxoSmithKline, MedImmune, Roche, Novartis, Baxter und Sanofi Pasteur.
Dr. Friedrich Hayden, consultant to MedImmune in 2006 and Sanofi Pasteur, in 2007. He has also got money from Roche, RW Johnson und SmithKline Beecham. The interests are not declared on WHO website.
Dr. Albert Osterhaus, head of the European Scientists Fighting Influenza, financed by Baxter, Crucell, Novartis, Hoffmann-La Roche, MedImmune, Nobilon, Sanofi Pasteur, MSD, Glaxo SmithKline und Solvay.

[2009 Dec] World Health Organisation ‘Mr Swine Flu’ Under Investigation for Gross Conflict of Interest One of the members of SAGE at the time and today was Dr. Albert “Mr Flu” Osterhaus. Not only was Osterhaus in a key position to advocate the panic-inducing WHO “Pandemic emergency” declaration. He was also chairman of the leading private European Scientific Working group on Influenza
...A fellow member of WHO’s SAGE  is Dr Frederick Hayden, of Britain’s Wellcome Trust and reportedly a close friend of Osterhaus. Hayden also receives money for “advisory” services from Roche and GlaxoSmithKline among other pharma giants involved in producing products related to the H1N1 panic.
Chairman of WHO’s SAGE is another British scientist, Prof. David Sainsbury of the UK Department of Health. He also heads the WHO H1N1 Advisory Group. Salisbury is a robust defender of the pharma industry. He has been accused by UK health citizen health group One Click of covering up the proven links between vaccines and an explosive rise in infant autism as well as links between Gardasil and palsy and even death.
....Yet another SAGE member at WHO with intimate financial ties to the vaccine makers that benefit from SAGE’s recommendations to WHO is Dr. Arnold Monto, a paid consultant to vaccine maker MedImmune, Glaxo and ViroPharma.

[2009 July 29] Government virus expert paid £116k by swine flu vaccine manufacturers  Professor Sir Roy Anderson sits on the Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (Sage), a 20-strong task force drawing up the action plan for the virus. Yet he also holds a £116,000-a-year post on the board of GlaxoSmithKline, the company selling swine flu vaccines and anti-virals to the NHS.

Dr Andrew Wakefield on HPV and H1N1 Swine Flu Vaccines Dr Andrew Wakefield talks about New Vaccines, HPV and the H1 N1 Vaccines.
he mentions correspondence with Dr David Salisbury, director of immunization and now Chairman of WHOs
SAGE committee and who also heads the WHO H1N1 Advisory Group
[Transcript] Since 1992 I was in correspondence, albeit intermittently, with David Salisbury and the Department of Health trying to prevail upon them then that we did not have any answers, that we had a series of questions generated by our own observations, and by parental reports that gave us cause for concern about the safety of the measles containing vaccines, and it was a very unsatisfactory relationship in as much that despite my repeated entreaties to Dr Salisbury there was very little response in return of any substance, in fact it took him 2 years to be forced into a position to respond and meet with me after my first letter to him.

Now I come to the second part of your question which was about the introduction of two new vaccines in the recent past and that is the cervical cancer vaccine against Human Papilloma virus and the Swine Flu vaccine, and I have grave misgivings about these as does the very doctor who was part of the senior team to oversee the development of the cervical cancer vaccine in the United States.  I have just been in a meeting with her where she has expressed major reservations about the commercial way in which the campaign to force this vaccine into American children has been conducted, and there are increasing reports of safety concerns with this vaccine.  Now, I ahve no experience with this vaccine, I have no detailed knowledge of it at all but if it is rushed to commercialisation, rushed to licensing with anything like we have heard then we have every reason to be concerned.

My concern about the swine flu vaccine in this country is that it intends to reintroduce a substance that was eliminated some years ago and that is Thimerosal, the mercury preservative.  there is no safe level of Thimerosal, and there is most certainly no safe level to be given in an untested fashion to pregnant women or to infants, so why in heavens name is this now being reintroduced?

And the other concern with the vaccines to be used in this country is the presence of Squalene, a substance, an oily substance that is used to boost the immune response, what is called an adjuvant, and again there have been major concerns about the safety of this adjuvant, as it was used in the Anthrax vaccine in the Gulf War, and despite continuous denial that Gulf War Syndrome was an entity in soldiers, it has now becoming increasingly accepted, broadly accepted, that GWS is real and that it is related to the vaccines and other toxins that the soldiers were given.
